Welcome! I’m Valentina, the founder of Tee Box Yoga, where the timeless principles of yoga meet the precision and grace of golf.

With nearly two decades of personal yoga practice and a 200-hour instructor certification earned in Kerala, India, I bring a grounded, mindful approach to movement and breathwork. Beyond yoga, I am a certified meditation facilitator and performance coach, combining ancient traditions with modern insights to guide you toward greater physical stability, mental clarity, and emotional balance.

My journey into golf began recently. However, already at early stages, immersing myself in the game, I quickly realized how much yoga and golf share — not just in discipline and longevity, but in the quiet dance between frustration and focus, body and mind. Both demand patience, presence, and resilience. This connection inspired the creation of Tee Box Yoga, where I aim to help students unlock their full potential through alignment-based movement, breath control, and meditation. And the move to the stunning Hacienda Riquelme Golf Resort in Murcia made my dream true.

In my classes, you can expect down-to-earth guidance with clear instructions rooted in Hatha, Yin, Restorative, and Nidra yoga. I focus on injury prevention, enhancing flexibility and balance, and fostering the mental focus essential to mastering your game.
