CHAIR YOGA

Accessible, Supportive, and Effective

Our Chair Yoga class offers the most gentle movements and stretches while seated or using a chair for support. Perfect for those with limited mobility or balance concerns, this practice enhances flexibility, strength, and relaxation. Experience the benefits of yoga in a safe, comfortable way - no floor work required.

This program is offered as in three 28-day programs, includes daily yoga classes, breathing and meditation.  Each participant is provided with an individual journal to track the progress.

Yoga for Golfers – Strength, Flexibility, and Focus

Our Yoga for Golfers program is designed to enhance your game by improving flexibility, balance, and core strength – essential for a powerful, fluid swing. Through targeted poses and breathwork, you’ll increase mobility in your hips, shoulders, and spine, helping to prevent injury and refine your technique.

This program also focuses on mental clarity and focus, teaching breathing techniques and mindfulness practices to keep you calm and present during each round. Suitable for all levels, no prior yoga experience is needed.

The program duration and intensity varies, depending on your needs.

Every Sunday in a beautiful garden of El Cason we organise a session of Metta Meditation, translated into English as “ Loving Kindness”. This mediation brings happiness to your life and is suitable absolutely for everyone.

Your participation in these sessions will forever be free, just book your seat.
